* For the three GLOBALNORM face-to-face events 11th GLOBALNORM Conference Product Compliance 11/2023, 12th GLOBALNORM Conference Product Compliance 10/2024 in Berlin and the training course for Product Compliance Officer "PCO" according to ISO/IEC 17024 02/2024 in Frankfurt, the participants were asked to fill out a feedback form on the respective face-to-face events on site by the employees of Globalnorm GmbH and without the help of third parties. It was possible to rate several points from ++/very good/1 to --/very bad/5. 187 participants took part in the survey using the feedback form. All ratings submitted (from very good to very poor) were included in the evaluation. An average value was calculated from all the ratings submitted. The assessment points "Overall assessment and/or assessment of the event organization" were given a score of 1.3 for both the 11th and 12th GLOBALNORM Product Compliance Conference and 1.4 for the Product Compliance Officer training course.
